Return Policy for Techworkz Solutions Inc.

1. Returns Eligibility:

We accept returns of inventory parts within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

2. Exclusions:

Custom-made or special-order parts are not eligible for return.

Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged after shipping are not eligible for return.

All electrical components are not eligible for return no matter the condition of the product.

3. Return Procedure:

Before returning any item, please contact us to initiate the return process.

You will be provided with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Restocking Fee:

Unless otherwise indicated by Techworkz Solutions, all returns of eligible inventory parts are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original purchase price of the item.

5. Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.

Techworkz recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returned items.

6. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus the applicable restocking fee.
