We met Darcy Duggan in 2005 when we brought in a Weinig Powermat with Optiscan and Power Lock tooling. He did the install and training to get us up and running and transitioned to the new technology and equipment.

Since that point, we have contracted with him for two visits per year till this past year when he offered to come in on scheduled visits three times a year. This has taken a huge load off our shoulders when it comes to doing the maintenance of wearing parts and the testing of bearings and clamping pressures.

During this time, 12 years, outside of electrical problems or computer failure we have never been down longer than 5 days at one time (spindle replacement) and have lost less than 12 days total for all these years due to mechanical issues. Not only does he know the machine but he takes care of ordering the parts we need to have in inventory for his next visit.

Our equipment is rated in Excellent condition and it is in large part due to Techworkz Solution's scheduling of Preventative Maintenance and Darcy Duggan's attention to detail and dedication to learning and improving.
